Laboratory Development Stage

Since 2000, BGF team has studied and developed the technology and process of microbial degradation of lignite to form metabolites (bio natural gas and organic fertilizer) in the United States using lignite as raw material and biotechnology.

Pilot Test Stage Of Coal Mine Well Drilling

In the lignite mine area, the dormant microorganisms in the coal seam are activated by drilling from the ground to the coal seam, and the microorganisms consume the volatile matter and nutrient solution in the coal. The metabolite is the biological natural gas with methane (CH4) as the main component, and the natural gas is collected. The methane content of the natural gas produced in this way is more than 97%, the gas production per ton of coal is many times higher than the gas content per ton of coal in the coalbed methane mining area, and basically does not contain hydrogen sulfide and other harmful substances.

Surface Experiment And Pilot Scale Test Stage

Biological and engineering means shall be adopted to awaken the microorganisms of lignite itself, start and accelerate the formation of biological natural gas and the fermentation maturity of organic fertilizer.

In the aboveground factory, a closed container of 1000 to tens of thousands of cubic meters is used to make lignite bio react in the reactor to produce biological natural gas, which will be fermented and matured into organic fertilizer after a certain period of time.

Industrialization Demonstration Project Stage

In surface plants, sealed containers of ten to tens of thousands of cubic meters are used to make lignite bio react in the reactor to produce biological natural gas, which will mature into organic fertilizer after a certain period of time.
